Veka Softline 76 MD

 

Veka Softline 76 MD is a window profile system created in the highest class A with a 76mm installation depth and an additional centre seal permanently fixed to the frame with a heat transfer coefficient Uf=1.1W/(m2*K). The system of three gaskets provides excellent insulation and protection against negative external factors such as temperature or noise. It has excellent thermal and mechanical parameters. Together with a properly selected package of insulating glass and fittings, it makes it possible to build an energy-efficient window with increased resistance to burglary.

Closed profile with an external wall thickness of 3 mm (with a maximum deviation of only +- 0.2 mm), meets the requirements of PN-EN 12608 standard for the highest quality profiles.

Veka Softline 76 MD profiles have a multi-chamber construction – 5 chambers are located in the frame profile, 5 chambers in the sash profile. The frame and sash assembly in Veka Softline 76 MD has a height of 122 mm. However, it can be different in the case of large construction dimensions, specific static requirements, special positioning in the building and the resulting need to select appropriate profiles.

Double and triple glazing packages can be used for glazing. Veka Softline 76 MD profiles allow the installation of glazing packages with a thickness of 18 to 48 mm. Thanks to the embedding of the glazing packet in the profile to a depth of 25 mm, the phenomenon of glass dew has been reduced. The thermal insulation and burglary resistance of the windows are also increased.

Veka Softline 76 MD includes an additional centre seal. The system of glazing rebate seals and the internal centre seal permanently fixed to the frame, provides excellent insulation and protection against negative external factors such as temperature or noise.

Veka Softline 76 MD profiles have a minimum 1.5 mm steel reinforcement, e.g. a 30 x 30 x 1.5 mm closed section placed in the frame. This ensures that the window is sufficiently rigid (even with a large surface area), durable and safe to use, and also provides the possibility of fixing fittings and additional profiles in steel.
