Characteristics
– two ways of finishing the wall surface: siliconizing or specially designed masking gasket,
– single glazing, double glazing, opaque panels of thickness: 26, 28 mm, possibility of using 3-pane unites (up to 60 mm glazing thickness),
– in the standard version the frame heat transfer coefficient U0 is from 1.6 W/m2K,
– in the version of the facade with 3-pane glass the frame heat transfer coefficient U0 is from 1.3 W/m2K.
Aluminum sections
EN AW-6060 according to EN 573-3 condition T6 according to EN 515
Al Mg Si 0.5 F22 according to DIN 1725 T1, DIN 17615 T1 standards.
Gaskets
Made of EPDM synthetic rubber according to 7863 and performance standard according to ISO 3302-01, E2.
Fittings
Only reputable companies: Fapim, Savio, Geze, Security Style, Roto, Dorma, Esco, etc.
Fillings
Single glazing, combined opaque panels of thickness: 26, 28 mm.
Possibility of using 3-glazing units (up to 60 mm glazing thickness).
Methods of surface finishing
Powder coating with polyester paints meeting the requirements of Qualicoat, a choice of RAL colors; anodizing in colors: natural aluminum, olive, champagne, gold, “old gold”, brown – meeting the requirements of Qualanod; varnishing on the “color” of wood.
Thermal insulation
Frame heat transfer coefficient U0 from 1.3 W/m2K.
Approvals and quality certificates
Initial type testing according to EN 13830.
